It's A Start

I just finished my photography class where I tried to learn the basics and understand how to use my new camera. The teacher wasn't very good and I could tell I wasn't the only one who didn't follow her tangents, but I did learn a few valuable ideas to get started. Below are some photos I did for our portrait project. I think they turned out pretty good and Roger was such a good sport about it. Let me know what you like.

Music = Happiness

We’ve all been there. You’re watching TV or listening to the radio and a song comes on that makes you start moving. Not like bob your head side to side moving, but like waving your arms and jumping up and down moving! I love those songs.

Well that seriously always happens to me, and I’m so NOT embarrassed, with the song Hey Man, Now You’re Really Living by the Eels. I have heard this song particularly in a few movies. The words are great and it seriously makes me want to move. See below.





Now do you know why this does not embarrass me? (well maybe…have you seen me…wow) Anyways, I’m not embarrassed because I am smiling and happy the whole time the song is on. It’s a wonderful feeling just to be happy and content with something. Now you try it! Or don’t. But I’ll be the happier one of the two of us!
