Viva Las Vegas

Alright, I’m on a roll. A few posts in a matter of a few weeks. I guess I’m just ready to share (and/or had that little brief moment where I could jump on the computer) my recap of the trip to Vegas.

This weekend was going to be awesome because I’ve always had fun in Vegas when there have been large groups of people I knew. US Open was awesome, as was AMA Banquet. On Friday night, Dana and I jumped in a limo (ok…so we actually got a deal and shared it with some randoms but that’s beside the point) and went to the Wynn where we saw Le Reve. It was a really cool water show. Not Waterworld water show but very artistic and classy.

Saturday was the supercross event at Sam Boyd Stadium. It was a good but a long day in the sun. It was fun seeing everyone again since I hadn’t been to a SX since Daytona in early March. We ended the night of supercross and began a out on the town. It was good up unto the point of Dana losing his wallet. Dang it! It all worked out but what a stress.

The SX awards banquet was on Sunday night. I had three, or technically four dresses to choose from. I was happy with my final choice: a $20 dress from Forever 21. Haha. So much stress and I got compliments on a dress that cost less than dinner. Awesome. The weekend was a great time and I’m glad I’m on a Vegas hiatus until Fourth of July weekend when I go back for an EnduroCross. Good times in the 110 degree heat.

Hope you are all doing well. Drop me a comment if you have a chance. I love reading them!

Here are the pics!

My former roomie Kristen and I at the banquet...all dressed up

My awesome date Dana at the banquet. Nice shirt!

The guys...

The limo fit everyone...I think we had 13 people.

Evie showing off a party hat she found and a cranberry tongue

This was the limo ride that we got for cheap. If you think about it, the cab ride would have cost about the same.

At the Wynn, they have this waterfall wall that is used as the backdrop to short little shows when it gets dark. I really recommend walking through the Wynn. Very smoke-free.

Spencer's most suave look

Ok, so this isn't a Vegas pic but its three awesome people who race for Matsushima Suzuki. Each guy is a totally different character and extremely fun to hang around.
